On-site Training

On-site training is a complimentary service Eligibility Plus, Inc. provides. This one hour training course is designed for your patient access staff, as well as case managers, financial managers and business office staff. In addition to the hospital staff, we will meet with some of your key physician staff to help with the education process.

The purpose of this training session is to help your staff identify potential inconsistencies during the registration process. This information can lead to the elimination of issues that arise after the patient is discharged and can no longer be found. We educate staff on the eligibility process and the different requirements needed from social services as well as other agencies.

Your facility need not have a contract with us to take advantage of this service.
